What We Are Hiring For: CRAFT Beer Market continues to grow. We are hiring for amazing individuals to join our Team as we add locations across Canada. Specifically, we are looking for General Managers to join our concept, with the ability and desire to move to locations in BC and Alberta.Who We Are: CRAFT Beer Market has raised the bar when it comes to restaurants and bars. What You’ll Do:
  • The senior manager, in the restaurant, with responsibility for both the Front of House and Kitchen.
  • Build a strong Team to execute at our high standards while developing future leaders in the company.
  • You’ll be responsible for the success of the restaurant measured through revenue, profitability, and operational metrics.
  • All Team Members report to you, either directly or through other members of the Management Team.
You Are Responsible For:
  • Team Member recruitment, selection, training, and development.
  • Guest experience, restaurant ambiance and environment including guest safety.
  • Support of marketing programs.
  • Implementing and maintaining processes and procedures.
  • Inventory and purchasing.
  • Drink & food preparation and production.
  • Cleanliness, upkeep and food handling safety.
  • Managing revenue & expenses and financial reporting for the restaurant.
  • Leading by example with the company’s “Impactful Leadership” philosophy.
Personal Attributes & Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry with a minimum 2 years of experience.
  • A strong record of training and developing a team.
  • Strong business acumen exemplifying innovation in previous roles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • An expert communicator who thrives on building relationships with guests, suppliers and Team Members.
  • Fun, goal oriented and passionate about your career.
  • Professional and enthusiastic.
  • A sense of humour is a must.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
