POSITION SUMMARYGreenstar Plant Products proudly produces Grotek, Gaia Green, Supergreen and Earth Safe plant nutrients (fertilizers). The environment can be dusty depending on what is being produced so applicants will be expected to be comfortable wearing a mask with a ventilator cartridge or an N95 mask depending on the circumstance.As our company is actively growing and have lots of work available, we are looking for an experienced Process Technician / Machine Operator for our facility located in Langley, BC.Regular work hours is 6:00am - 2:30pm.RESPONSIBILITIES· Applying labels to our packaging· Blending dry ingredients and running an automated packaging line· Manually / machine filling liquid plant nutrients into jugs and capping them· Inspecting and boxing up finished goods· General cleaning of equipment and the production area· Performing other tasks as requiredQUALIFICATIONS· Must be able to lift 50 lbs on your own· Attention to detail and standing all day· Required to wear a cartridge mask and gloves while working with some products as certain areas are dusty.· First Aid Certificate an asset· Lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kaizen· Must have appropriate PPE / safety wearJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
