Our legacy of outstanding value and customer service dates back more than 100 years largely due to our commitment to going the extra mile!We are driven to meet the specific needs of each community we serve and have grown to become Western Canada’s premier grocer with four banners and more than 175 locations from British Columbia to Manitoba and the Yukon.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team in Langley, BC.Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for supporting suppliers in achieving compliance, licensing, certifications and insurance, as well as assisting the Quality Assurance Manager and Director with administrative duties.You will be responsible for:

  • Documenting and problem-solving supplier non-compliance and assisting suppliers in achieving compliance by providing guidance on certifications, insurance, and licensing procedures.
  • Supporting suppliers in diagnosing and resolving submission challenges for certifications and licensing.
  • Assisting the team with administrative tasks related to data entry and documentation for the Risk department.
  • Updating and maintaining the supplier compliance database.
  • Reviewing and approving certification and licensing documents.
  • Generating and distributing compliance status reports.
  • Assessing and escalating high risk non-compliance issues to Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Assisting with departmental administrative duties as needed.
You have:
  • 1- 2 years’ experience with Access database and MS office applications.
  • Experience in office administration, data entry, or customer service environment.
You are:
  • Excellent with interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solver with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Able to confidently and professionally coach suppliers through certification and licensing process.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess risk levels.
