Job Description

Our group of companies is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to grow our business in the lower mainland and across Canada.About UsWe are a full-service printing company that serves Vancouver and the Lower Mainland’s leading architectural, engineering and construction firms. We cater to deadline-driven clients, whose professional standards are as high as our own. With over 25 years’ experience, we can provide print solutions in all areas of our client’s business.ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Assistant is a brand-new position in our organization, and you will be responsible for the following:· Use marketing strategies to obtain new customers for all sectors of our business: reprographics, equipment sales, technology sales, ink, toner and paper sales, and managed print services· Work with existing clientele list to expand the client’s use of our business· Preparing marketing communications and promotions· Manage all social media accounts· Analyzing performance data and reporting to our executives· Processing any marketing information through our database· Staying up to date on the latest technology that we offer· Researching market trends in our industryRequired Qualifications· Self-motivated team player with initiative to increase our customer base and revenues· Extraordinary customer service skills· Strong communication and organizational skills· Ability to work with minimal supervision· Access to a vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s licence· Print knowledge and/or experience would be an asset· Post-secondary education in sales and/or marketing would be an asset· Experience with Odoo or similar ERP software would be an assetThis is a career position with excellent opportunity for unlimited growth, training on industry specific knowledge will be provided.
